1. Overview
At Mad Witch Limited, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Goods may only be returned if they meet the following criteria:
The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The return is requested within 7 days of receipt.
The Goods were not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
2.2 Certain Goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
Custom-made or personalised items.
Perishable items or those with expiry dates.
3. Return Process
3.1 To initiate a return, the Customer must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted. 3.2 The Customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt) when requesting a return. 3.3 The Customer is responsible for packaging the Goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1 The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A defect in the Goods.
An error in the Order (e.g., incorrect item shipped). 4.2 For approved returns due to defects or errors, the Company will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of proof.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be processed within“7–10 working days” of receiving and inspecting the returned Goods. 5.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. 5.3 The following amounts will not be refunded:
Shipping fees for the original delivery (unless the return is due to a defect or error).
6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability. 6.2 If the Customer wishes to exchange an item, they must follow the return process and specify the desired replacement. 6.3 Any price difference between the original and replacement item will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
7.1 If Goods arrive damaged or defective, the Customer must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. 7.2 The Customer must provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. 7.3 The Company will offer a replacement, or refund for damaged or defective Goods at its discretion.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
The Company will not accept returns or provide refunds for the following situations:
Goods damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage by the Customer.
Returns initiated beyond the specified time frame.
9. International Returns
9.1 For International Customers, all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed. 9.2 Refunds will be processed in GBP (£), and the Company is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
